Shepherd's Center offers four "Adventures in Learning" sessions per year in February, April, August and October. Classes are held each Friday, beginning at 8:30 with a healthy gym walk and 30 min. exercise class, followed by two 50 minute classes at 9:10 and 10:40. Participants may choose from four different classes being offered in each time slot. At 11:40, a musical performance is given in the FBC sanctuary. A brunch buffet is served from 10:00 - 10:40, compliments of one of our Community Partners. The cost is $25.00 per session. So, for $25 a person receives a fitness option, eight different classes of their choosing, four musical performances and four brunch buffets. Now that's a BARGAIN!
Class choices are offered in health, religion, news & current events, people & places, community, the arts, library wisdom and "back by popular demand." Our speakers are very knowledgeable, and include college professors, physicians, clergy, business professionals, authors, artists, lawyers, and other devoted individuals.
Guest Policy: First time guests may attend ONE FRIDAY in an Adventures in Learning session for FREE so they can see what the program entails. Please call the office, 267-0248, by TUESDAY before the Friday attending. If guests enjoy it and would like to come again that session, they must pay the $25 session fee. Since Shepherd's Center is a ministry, however, scholarships may be available for those with a financial need. Please visit with the SCT Director or the Pastor of your church.

Fieldtrips are usually offered between "Adventures in Learning" sessions, in conjunction with our community sponsors who either host or provide transportation.
SCT is sponsoring a trip to Mackinac Island the third week of June 2012. Currently the trip is full but you may be placed on a waiting list by contacting the SCT office. Preference given to SCT members. Deposit money is due to the SCT office January 1 - January 15, 2012.
